Ahmet Onur Durahim has been a professor at Boğaziçi University Management Information Systems (MIS) department since 2014. He teaches courses on artificial intelligence (AI), natural language processing (NLP), social network analysis and data science. His research interests include AI, NLP, deep reinforcement learning and social network analytics. He received a double major degree from Boğaziçi University Civil and Industrial Engineering departments. He received his PhD degree from Sabancı University Computer Science and Engineering in 2012. Before joining academia, he worked as a software architect to develop prescriptive analytics products. He is the founder of PrincipAi, which was founded in 2018 and develops artificial intelligence products. He is currently developing software and consulting in the fields of AI, blockchain, cryptocurrencies and big data analytics.
