Dr. Moutaz is an Islamic finance expert with 15 years of work experience in finance, research, and consultancy in different jurisdictions in the Middle East and Southeast Asia. He holds a Ph.D. in Islamic Finance and is a Certified Shariah Advisor and Auditor (CSAA) from AAOIFI, a Senior Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Islamic Finance Professionals (CIIF).
Dr. Moutaz is currently a Director at IFAAS and serves as an advisor for several fintech projects.
